realbeautycampaign
But i see your true colors
shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So dont be afraid to let them show
Your true colors,
True colors are beautiful like a rainbow..

Overheard this on the tv commercial by DOVE before? Any idea what is this commercial all about? (: Its the Campaign For Real Beauty!

[Why the campaign for real beauty?
For too long, beauty has been defined by narrow, stifling stereotypes. Women have told us it's time to change all that. Dove agrees. We believe real beauty comes in many shapes, sizes and ages. That is why Dove is launching the Campaign for Real Beauty.

Dove's global Campaign for Real Beauty aims to change the status quo and offer in its place a broader, healthier, more democratic view of beauty. A view of beauty that all women can own and enjoy everyday
.]

This campaign inspires women and society to have a different viewpoint about what is defined as beauty and the Dove Self-Esteem Fund helps young girls with low body-related self esteem. Yeap, and to understand more about this campiagn, simply go to : http://www.campaignforrealbeauty.com

Its gonna be 1am again..Time's getting on its pace each day...

i'm dread tired but i just couldnt get to sleep because thoughts are like dark clouds looming over my head since i've woken up. Weeks ago my mind was still preoccupied with my exams but now, emptiness sets in together with many unwanted thoughts. I've heard what i don wished to.. but i dont know what i could say or do anymore, hope things would just get better by the day ;) Delibrately or not dont do that again, give your mind a little rest, things will resolve someday somehow.. No more cries, at least not for me. Wanna thank you for all that you've done, there are so much that i may not know but still, thank you. Friends still :)

hmmm.. are regrets inevitable? no matter how much thoughts you've placed in, sometimes the 0.0001% irrational side of you may end up in a "regretful state", there are just too many "what if.."/ " Ru Guo.." LALALA random!

gosh i cant comprehand myself..Nights out for me

When was the last time you have actually hug your family or friends? How do you see a hug? Does it even MEAN anything to you?

Well, to me, giving a hug to your loved ones is of a big deal, yet it aint very common among us, among my circle of friends. You may see a hug as mere physical contacts, but NEVER should you EVER underestimate a hug, it simply does wonders! :)

Whenever i have had a badrottenedup day and my mood's totally screwed, what i want arent mouthful of questions or consoling words, i personally feel wad's better than a lending ear would be a comforting hug. yeap. hmmm I've come to realise the existance of this FREE HUG campaign that's going around the world for quite some time already. Its happening in singapore too, If you have seen few people holding a huge "free hug" card walking around the orchard road.

Sometimes, a hug is all what we need.
"Free hugs is a real life controversial story of Juan Mann, A man whos sole mission was to reach out and hug a stranger to brighten up their lives. In this age of social disconnectivity and lack of human contact, the effects of the Free Hugs campaign became phenomenal."

The feeling of hug,has its Indescribable extent...
