I was expecting a screwed up day at work today, having in mind that i havta wake up early in the morning when i've no school, havta travel all the way to west mall, and to stand and work for 12 hours talking my throat out.
Yet, today's work was an enriching one. Just the day before that I was asking myself why I continued to work with JnJ why I want to take up this job when I could rest during my weekends. Initially, I worked because I wanted to get the feel of the working environment, and most importantly to be forth coming and able to interact with workmates and customers, relaying what i've learnt in school and applying the knowledge in a form where everybody could understand. I remember my first road show, was quite bad, i dare not speak up because I've little knowledge of lens product, I realised I couldn very much apply what i've learnt and most importantly I've forgotten very much what i've learnt.
But through the roadshows, though I hardly work, I did gain that little confidence to sell the lenses. Honestly, i'm really bad in promoting skills, all i could do was to tell whatever I know about lenses, contact lenses and eye health to them, allowing them to understand the benefits of our lenses and eye wellness rather than looking only at the price.
I chatted with the acc manager today, and I learnt so much more of how JnJ is keen to raise the awareness among the lens wearers. And he made me realise the responsiblity i have over the lens wearers, educating them the right ways to choose the right lens, and handling the lens even if they ultimately decided not to buy it. At least they know, and in fact I see many shocking faces when I told them about lens stuffs, and many wore lenses way out of the date of disposal.
Like he said, lens wearers should know that they arent buying contact lenses like they buy dresses. They should have their own responsiblity over it, and not pointing fingers, pushing blames to the cl companies upon any lens related problems when fda had approved. The truth is They arent even taking good care of their lenses.
Oh yea, and I saw Renu and Complete MPS resurfacing in market again. From No rub label to Easy rub.
alright that's all for today.

It's been pretty long since i've updated.
Each time I come to the blogger page,
each time I click on create new post and
each time I attempted to fill in the blank, I'm still not able to come up with a proper blog entry. I've saved many half done entries not knowing what to do about it. I lack some info here and there.
And there are just too many too many thoughts up in my mind that i've failed to clear.
Although I lead a rather routine like life, so much thoughts lie within, the bad things outnumber the good.
Disappointments followed each ugly truth, seen through it once and more just come by.
Even if my eyes were shut, my ears would widely be open.
Much more revealed, contradictions, actions, behaviour,tone,.........
well well. I'm exhausted.
