I FINALLY HAD PRIMARY SCH OUTING AFTER SO MANY YEARS !! HAHA
oh well response wasnt good though. expected at least 15? but. only 7 including me went in the end. oh well. DON CARE. its great seeing them again. the tiny darryl has grew so much taller. but haha i'm still taller la! =x and qinghui the tallie. i think got 185? damn him hahax

Went towning with partner today.. we took very very long to decide wad to watch.in the end i had to toss a coin to choose the movie.and unfortunately we chose constant gardener. a show which is such chimalogy.. my god! i only understand part of it when the movie was nearing the ending. ><>
had to go home early to join my family for dinner at "HUA YOU" restaurant AGAIN. DAMN NICE AND FULLING. AWWW THE CHILLI CRAB. my fingers still smell of it. haha.

DING DING DING!
WUSHU LESSON ROUND 2!
i was almost late today for wushu..normal torturous stretching plus ROUNDS and ROUNDS of running! =/ haha. was half dead alr. then had to do MORE STRETCHING.
it was then i realised my inflexiblity.haha. continous practise of basic techniques.. i was under a female instructor. she looks just like my ex netball coach miss chen..
we're to kick and kick and kick over a certain height. more than 100 times!
we had to punch punch punch.and alongside shouting "HA! HA! HA!"
After a very short break. its stretching again. everybody beside me can put their legs on the stage. but er. i took much strength to do it. -.-! muscles damn pain.
and once again. i confirmed my inflexibililty! ahhhh!
lastly.
learn back "wu3 bu4 gong1" cos i forgot everything. that was the only part i enjoyed. uh and not forgetting the basketball match with a mixture of wushu ple from7 yrs to 23! hahax. OK I'M OFF. TOTALLY EXHAUSTED!

Hmm. happened to read today's "lian he zao bao" newspaper and i saw this particular article on the rise in the number of contact lens user getting infection. the article says 21 out of 22 of the infectants, used the same brand of contact lens solution. There is no concrete evidences to show that Bausch and Lomb company's" RENU multi-purpose solution" was the main cause of those infections. However the comapny went on to investigate their product for safety purposes.
In jan 06 there are alr 7 cases of these eye infections called " Fungal Corneal Infections" . since May 05 to jan this yr there hav alr been 19 cases . and this week 3 cases.
Out of the 22 contact lens [daily] users, 21 of em used renu multi purpose solution.
WAIT WAIT
how come daily users needa use solutions?
anyway the health promotion board and Bausch and Lomb company urge contact lens users to follow these steps.
1) Rub ur contact lens with 2 fingers before using the solution.
2) when daily contact lens reached its expiry. pls disposed it
3) Do change the contact lens solution daily even if the contact lens is not in use
4) the box used to contain the lens are to be changed every 3 months
5) when theres any discomfort or sore eyes pls see a doctor asap. =)

my chances are slim!
oh my. heard from shit that many of the fren's fren chose optometry as their 1st choice? or one of the choices..AHHH! i was still quite confident at first. But after i heard that.. hmm. my confidence level dropped to almost 0.

Anyway had outing with shtihan and ah kang. we went all the way to jurong point.
its a complete waste of time =/ but outing was fun as usual despite the boring shopping mall.

crystal jade was a killer. i'm still having a bloated stomach now! ahhhhhhhh..

SATURDAY
met up with reuben early in the morning to skate at ecp.Due to some lack of practice haha. i was blading rather slowly. so he suggested that i rent a bike. fine >< wad's worse was i gotta carry his stuffs. eh bully la hor reuben.haha.jkjk. cycled for damn whole 2 hours under the scorching sun!! my god. my back shoulders legs were aching. while his left leg NUMB!

Went for wushu class with aches all over my body today
class was damn damn tiring. stretching took half and hour! after which we gotta run run run RUN and RUNNNNNNNNN! oh my oh my.. haha but those kids were so energetic and cute. i like one of the lil boys esp =X
we were separated into grps of different weapons and stuffs. me and my cousin learn "WU3 BU4 GONG1" yea. my legs were alr trembling then.haha. oh well.
there's more to come next week..

i finally got over those nerve-racking moments. those roller coaster emotions and sweaty palms!
the gladness on my teachers' faces calm the huge roaring waves in me.. haha..
i'll never forget them telling me that they are so proud of me..
i dint get very great marks.. but.. i'm pleased with the improvement.. and i thank god for it.. =)
To this yr sec 4 batch..
not to worrry if u are failing ur subjects even till mid yr or prelims.. its okie.
everything's possible! keep on working and bug the teachers until they "kee siao" hahax

today was the first outing i had with my partner! hahax oh not forgetting to mention shihan was there too.. =)) we bought our mooo vie tickets at marina sq GV.. it was 3.50pm show.. so there was still plenty of time for us to spare.. haha. so i decided to head towards arcade which was easily reached.. haha haven played those arcade games for ages. fun though! i was the WINNER! =) after arcade games.. we simply walked and fooled around?
the moo-vie was nice.. haha the person on my right cried.haha. who else cud it be!? =X
and i suspect the person on my left sobbed too.. lolx.. but he was in self denial. so no choice..lalala.
after movie partner left.. so left with me and SHIThan. had dinner at imperial treasure.. DAMN NICE LA! muehahaha! uhh. but i almost died while waiting for the fooooddd to arrived! ahhh
